VAT will not be charged on orders despatched to a non EC address, (see below for list of relevant EC countries).
It is your responsibility to reclaim any duties paid on goods, which have been subsequently returned for refund. In order to do so you will need to retain all receipts and proof of return posting.

For VAT purposes the following countries are included within the EC; Austria [including Jungholtz and Mittelberg], Belgium, Cyprus [Southern], Czech Republic, Denmark [except the Faroe Islands and Greenland], Estonia, Finland, France [including Monaco and Corsica], Germany [except Busingen and the Isle of Heligoland], Greece, Hungary, The Republic of Ireland [excluding Northern Ireland which is part of the UK], Italy [including Sardinia but excluding the communes of Livigno, Campione d'Italia and the Italian waters of Lake Lugano], Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal [including the Azores and Madeira], Slovakia, Spain [including Majorca, Ibiza and Menorca but excluding Ceuta and Melilla], Slovenia, Sweden and the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man.
